Time to feature some edibles! I came across Restless Chocolates this summer. They are a small artisanal chocolate company from Seattle, WA. Yum!! The owner,
Hilary, has been making chocolates for years and went
into business in June 2013. She focuses on experimentation as well as innovation. They create flavor combinations that can't be found
elsewhere like their award winning key lime confection, Bellini, and Root beer caramels. Or their cinnamon crisp bars with puffed quinoa, rosemary pine nougats, and spiced caramel apple chocolates.
My favorite sweet of theirs are fizzy lemon drops. They tickle your tongue and make you giggle!
